Scott applies the discipline of structural thinking to his background in organizational development, strategy design and training to help teams clearly define their goals and understand how to transform their organizations to achieve optimal effectiveness. He has been helping to align organizations and their people with their business goals for more than 15 years.Scott has worked extensively across many industries including pharmaceutical, retail, transportation, business services, and not-for-profit. In addition to consulting with organizations on their strategy, Scott maintains a select roster of Executive Coaching clients, with whom he works to increase their personal effectiveness and leadership skills in order to help them achieve their personal and professional goals.
He is a Certified Structural Consultant, a Ph.D. candidate in Business Administration and holds a Masters Degree in Organizational Effectiveness. He is also on the business faculty of Strayer University and holds many globally recognized certifications in organizational assessment, performance improvement and training. Scott is a sought after speaker for the American Society for Training and Development and the Society of Human Resources Management.
